I have been a vegan for years now. Mexican food as always been a great vegan go to because of the beans, rice, and veggies. You can make numerous dishes without the meat. However I aways seem to eat the samething over and over again. Gets boring after awhile.

So when I found this EBook I was excited to read it. These recipes cover the basic mexican dishes with a twist as well as new recipes I can try out to switch up from the norm. Very easy directions. All recipes have wonderful ingredients and they are all easy to make. Some I have tried and others I can't wait to prepare. Definitely a must have.

If You Were Me And Lived in Elizabethan England Kids Book

I absolutely love the Elizabethan era. It was the only part of history I was interested and remembered when I went to school. Had we had books like these in class I probably would have paid more attention and gained the necessary knowledge.

The writer really makes history fun to learn. She really grabs your attention and gives you fun yet true stories about history. History is a boring subject to most kids so this book really makes them want to learn.

The illustrations also are eye catching and drawn well. So I have to give props to the illustratir as well. This book also came with another bonus book based in the Colonial Era. Both books are packed full of fun illustrations and fascinating knowledge that will help kids comprehend and remember. I was really impressed by these and so were my kids.

TeChef Frittata/Omelet Pan

I personally have never made a frittata or even know what it is. I had to google it to be honest lol. My husband is the cook, Im somewhat challeneged in the department of cooking. However we do make a lot of omelettes and eggs in my house.

This pan has me cooking like a pro. I even want to sometimes pretend Im on a cooking show haha. This pan gives every beginner a chance to show off some skills. Its very easy to use and as long as you don't burn the eggs, then it comes out great everytime.

The actual pan is extremely durable. I love the purple color of the pan. Has high grade teflon anf is a non stick pan. Seeing how its non stick, its also extremely easy to wash. Can use on a variety of stoves like electric, gas, and even hot plates.

Lelekiss Red Crystal Heart Necklace

I am a huge fan of necklaces. Long ones, short ones, bulky ones, small pendants, chokers, you name it lol. I'm normally not particularly fond of the color red but this necklace took me by surprise.

The quality of the necklace is outstanding. Very rich detail with a bold sparkly red. It pretty much shines and sparkles no matter how the light hits it. I was so surprised at how big the heart was. Very chunky. I would say to wear this out with the girls or a romantic evening with that special someone. Perfect necklace for a dress up occassion. I've worn this only a few times and received several compliments on it. It comes in blue also, which is the color I really want and will be purchasing.

Musings Drawstring Tea Filters

These are sooooo awesome to have. I constantly drink loose leaf tea and normally have to use my filter to be able to drink it. These bags make it so much easier and so much faster.

The box comes with a 100 bags. Has easy drawstrings to secure your loose tea. They hold about 4tbsps of tea. They can be used for single serve mugs or a whole pot which is great. They are easy to carry with me wherever I go, fitting easily in my bag. What I love most, is that there are no chemicals or bleach on these bags, so I don't have to worry about health concerns. Over all Im very pleased with these bags and will continue to order as I run out.

Non Stick Single Serve TeChef Pan

I absolutely love this pan. Its very adorable and small but gets the job done with perfection. I eat eggs almost every morning. I always hated using my big pans when I was only making eggs for just myself.

This pan is truely non stick. I've never once had to add oil or butter. The egg easily flips and comes right out of the pan with no effort. This also makes it super easy to clean when I'm done using it. Has very strong and durable Teflon coating. Made of Aluminium. Has yet to rust, corrode, fade, or show wear and tear. The purple color is also very beautiful.

iHome Bluetooth Keyboard

This keyboard makes life sooooo much easier. I am a reviewer. I do reviews almost as a part time job. Im in an area where you can not get internet. (To far out into the country) so all of my reviews are done thru my phone with my Network. Without WIFI... These reviews are very time consuming compared to having ability to use a laptop.

With that being said, I absolutely love this keyboard. Its compatible with iPad, Apple TV, Mac and other Bluetooth enabled devices. I have a Galaxy S7. This found my phone within seconds. All you do is place the 2AAA batteries (which come included) into the back of the keyboard. Then hit on for the connection button, located next to where batteries are inserted. Take you enabled device and turn on bluetooth. It should be discovered right away labeled as Bluetooth keyboard. Its going to ask you to insert a number code. Directly on the keyboard, type code and then hit enter. Thats it. Easy to use and set up is less than 5mins.

With this keyboard, my reviews take a lot less time because I type faster on a keyboard then I do on my phone. I mirror shot my phone with my smart tv. Then use the keyboard to type. Almost like having a laptop. This is also good for gamers, bloggers, etc. I saw other reviews complaining about whether this was aluminium or plastic. Im going to say its plastic. But I personally don't care as long as the keyboard works for me overall, which it does. The price is great and affordable and you get a durable, quality product. I'm very pleased.
