I personally have never made a frittata or even know what it is. I had to google it to be honest lol. My husband is the cook, Im somewhat challeneged in the department of cooking. However we do make a lot of omelettes and eggs in my house.
This pan has me cooking like a pro. I even want to sometimes pretend Im on a cooking show haha. This pan gives every beginner a chance to show off some skills. Its very easy to use and as long as you don't burn the eggs, then it comes out great everytime.
The actual pan is extremely durable. I love the purple color of the pan. Has high grade teflon anf is a non stick pan. Seeing how its non stick, its also extremely easy to wash. Can use on a variety of stoves like electric, gas, and even hot plates.
