I absolutely adore this product. I weighed 205 and dropped down to 190 in only a month. With the help of lots of water, exercise and heating healthy balanced meals. This is a fabulous product and will continue to use.

This product contains all natural ingredients. Strictly gluten free and vegetarian formula. The pills are easy to swallow as well, because I know a lot of people dont like/ or have trouble doing so.

Remember though, patience is key. It takes time to lose weight like any other diet. I recommend this product to anyone that is trying to lose weight or have a healthier lifestyle.

Green Tea Capsules

I love Green Tea Products because of the benefits and this product is ine of my favorites. Not only do I have more energy, naturally, which I love, they also helped me drop a few piunds for my moms wedding.

They are very healthy capsules, and easy to swallow. No weird smell or smelly burps which I love. Inexpensive compared to other online and store brands.

Made with 98% green tea and natural occuring caffeine, and few other ingredients. Only have to take one pill twice a day with meals.

Keep in mind you still have to eat healthy and exercise. Also drinking lots of water. Just because you take the pill, doesn't mean you don'thave to do anything else. Keep in mind as well, patience is key. Over time you will notice the difference in not only your weight but also your energy levels

Meago Air Vent Cellphone Holder

This, for me, Is actually a really cool item to have for your car. No more looking for your phone or dropping it on the ground. Its secure in place and easy to use.

It was really simple to set up. Pick the vent you want to place it, tighten the clip, use the adjuster to fit your phone, and BOOM done. Easy peasy.

I love that it also holds almost any type of phone. I have an S5 and my husband as an Iphone 6. Both fit very well thanks to the handy adjuster. Really cool gift idea for the avid traveler or to buy for yourself.

The only Con I have, is you really have to either center your phone or else the clip will droop. Other than that I have no problems with it and will be buying another for my husbands car.

Snow Blood Season 1

I am a huge fan of Young Adult/ paranormal books. I love the scary ones because it grabs your attention and makes you want to stay up late at night reading the whole thing. Although this book was not horror, it did grab my attention.

Ive never read a book where the main character was an animal. Ive read like werewolf books but its mostly the human thoughts giving you the perception its not werewolves.

Although a book being told thru a animals eyes may seem a bit dumb. It actually will work quite well if done correctly, which the author mastered.

I also like that it is in seasons. Meaning theres multiple books, which will draw you, the reader, in and want to read the rest. Although this book does have a few slow points. Over all it was a fun and interesting read. I really want to read the other books to find out about the different covens.

Vampires and wolfs always seem to go hand in hand when it comes to books or even movies. Whether it works as entertaining is up to how imaginitive the author is. Which in this case the author nailed it. Highly recommend to read this book on your down time.

So being a girl, I see hand gripper, I think, nothing to it. Easy as pie. That is nothing but LIES!!! Lol..

This truely gives you a work out like no other when it comes to hands and forearms.

I started playing with the hand gripper. Im thinking "hey this is easy" until I do it for longer. Then I start to feel the burn and my arms start to feel like rubber.The next day. My arms are sore like I did 500 push ups.

Morale of story. If your looking to get definition or muscle in the arm region. This is what you need. You wanna go Hulk mode with the strength. This gadget right here. Its so simple to use and a easy workout.

Hohenstein - Historical Romance Novel

I do not normally like romance novels. I find them boring. I am a reader though and I find the need to give every book I come in contact with a try because you never know when its going to surprise you. 

This book is one of them. I love that the writing is so descriptive that you leave the world of computers and cellphones to a time where life was simplier and more person to person. The Era Im thinking is in the 1920s. Time when you had to really hold your self off for that perfect kiss. When you get to know someone. A time when hardworking individuals actually did laboring work.

The books only downfall is that is starts out slow, but hang in there, because it does get enticing to then point where you dont want to put it down but you have work in a few hours.

I absolutely loved the scenes, the characters and the thrill of finally getting that first kiss. This is by far a must read and will recommend it to any reader out there.
