I love Green Tea Products because of the benefits and this product is ine of my favorites. Not only do I have more energy, naturally, which I love, they also helped me drop a few piunds for my moms wedding.
They are very healthy capsules, and easy to swallow. No weird smell or smelly burps which I love. Inexpensive compared to other online and store brands.
Made with 98% green tea and natural occuring caffeine, and few other ingredients. Only have to take one pill twice a day with meals.
Keep in mind you still have to eat healthy and exercise. Also drinking lots of water. Just because you take the pill, doesn't mean you don'thave to do anything else. Keep in mind as well, patience is key. Over time you will notice the difference in not only your weight but also your energy levels
