I love this product. I'm trying to get pregnant so this will help boost my chances. However this will also help your body whether it be before, during or after pregnancy. Its even safe enough to take on a daily basis even if your not trying to get prego. Its a good supplement to take instead of taking mulitple brands of vitamins and minerals. Pill itself tastes kind of gross so try to drink it down as fast as possible cause it will leave u with an ughhh taste in your mouth if you let it sit..
