It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy. The directions say to apply directly to the abdomen, hips, thighs, arms, and legs. Massage into skin until absorbed fully. I have only used it on my stomach for a few days and I am seeing results. I put it on at night after I shower and in the morning.
