Skinny Janes Multi Vitamins
Im a new purchaser of the skinny jane line products. I recently purchased the shakes for women. So when I saw they had a multi vitamin I was excited.
I was taking energy pills to stay awake and be rejuvenated because I work overnight. I realize the energy pills were not healthy for me, so I started to seek for a multi vitamin that could do what I needed it to do like the energy pills but be healthier.
Since taking the pills I have noticed increased energy and alertness. Also a bonus was a decrease in appetite. I no longer seek comfort food when Im bored or hungry. I eat healthier thru out the day with more nutritious meals without having to snack constantly in between.
I also love that it has all the vitamins and minerals to get my body and mind healthy. Having almost 40 plus veggies and fruits.
Pills are also easy to swallow despite the size. Which is a plus to anyone that has difficulty swallowing pills. Over all I enjoy this product very much and will continue to use this product.
