These pills contain 800mg of Folic Acid, 2000 IU of vitamins A + 100mg vitamin C. Supports bodys bone, immune, and cardiovascular health.
Pills are a good size and easy to swallow. Unlike many pre natal vitamins, these do not make you nauseous. Which is a huge plus. Can use before or during pregnancy.
If not pregnantyou can still take these. They give a lot of vitamins and minerals back to your body if your not taking care of it. For example your a person like me, and on the go all the time. Grabbing quick bites or forgetting to eat. Also a good supplement to nourish your hair and nails.
