This is such a gorgeous Bamboo Cutting board, as soon as I saw it, I knew it was the perfect addition to my kitchen. This is so much better and bigger than my dreary old plastic board.
The up keep on this is simple, you want to make sure to oil it before first use since this is literally made of natural bamboo. If you don't oil it, you will notice the board will start to flake. You can easily wash/rinse it off but make sure to oil weekly especially if you use it a lot. It comes with a great scraper/kneader as an added gift. I don't use it to knead but it worls great when scraping off veggies from the board.
Another great feature, is that this is extra large. You have enough room to chop super fast or large quantities and be the Chef Ramsey you know you can be. It also has nice feet at the bottom to keep it from slipping and sliding. Great piece to show off in your kitchen. Also love that there is a bonus 4 piece utensil set as well. Affordable price for everything you get and great durability. Absolutely love this. Thinking about getting my mother one since mothers day is quickly approaching. 5/5 stars!!!
