I have been searching for the perfect prenatal vitamin that does both, give plenty of DHA as well as comes in soft gel pills. When I came across Zahler Prenatal+DHA 300mg I thought, yessss finally.
Upon trying them out, I noticed they go down easy (I have trouble swallowing pills) and theres no funky aftertaste or fishy burps. I also noticed the more days that passed, the less my mood swings happened, even during my period. My husband and coworkers are very greatful 😂😂
I take 2 daily. Once with breakfast and once with dinner. Its crucial you eat something with these or you will feel nausea. At least thats what happened to me. These are great for expecting mothers ,during pregnancy, or to just take daily to improve your health. A definite must have because finally I have a product that works for me.
